The Mayor's Office of Strategic Planning & Community Development (OSPCD) will hold a public hearing on the City's 2015 Draft One-Year Action Plan for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program, the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) program, and the HOME program. The public hearing will be held at the Michael E. Capuano Early Childhood Center (150 Glen St. Somerville, MA 02145) on Thursday, March 19, 2015 at 6:30 pm. The purpose of the public hearing is to present the proposed 2015 Draft One Year HUD Action Plan (July 1, 2015 - June 30, 2016) and to receive input and comments on this proposed plan.
