Located on the corner of Cedar St. and Highland Ave, one (1) unit will be offered to income-qualified households at an affordable price through the City’s Inclusionary Housing Program. The unit is part of a 7 unit development.

290 Highland Avenue, Somerville, MA

The 905 sq. ft. two-bedroom unit features central air conditioning, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, recessed lighting, washer-dryer hook-ups, and custom built kitchen cabinets. One deeded parking space is included in the price. This convenient Davis Square location is near a bike path and many exciting stores and restaurants. The purchase price is: $180,311 and is available via an application and lottery process to income eligible households earning less than the limits below. A minimum household size of 2 people is required.

  • Thursday, March 9, 2017 from 6-7:30 pm @ Visiting Nurse Association, 259 Lowell St. 3rd floor Conference Room and
  • Tuesday, March 14, 2017 from 11-12:30 pm @ City Hall, 93 Highland Ave, Aldermanic Chambers, 2nd floor.

Application Deadline: Thursday, May 11, 2017 at 4 PM

Lottery: Thursday, May 25, 2017 at 10 AM
