Planning staff will provide a comprehensive overview of the current use of the ordinance, and then explain the scope of the proposed changes which include expanded review procedures, and more detailed applicant requirements.
The ordinance document draft is available for review online at: www.somervillema.gov/demolitionlaw
Planners will ask attendees to provide feedback on the proposed changes at the end of each meeting. Comments and questions about the proposed ordinance may also be submitted before and after the meeting at: historic@somervillema.gov
