LOCATION

Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 140 Section 157, the Somerville Police Department will be conducting a public hearing on a dog complaint to determine whether a dog is a nuisance or dangerous dog, in accordance with Section 157 or other applicable law.  Said canine named “Tesla” is owned by Heather Contant and housed at 70 River Road, Apt 7005  Somerville, MA. 
 
Anyone wishing to be heard should appear at the time and place designated.
