LOCATION
SEB and the City’s Housing Division will be hosting an first information session to review the application, lottery and income certification process for the 56 income-restricted units available in Assembly Row through the City’s Inclusionary Housing Program. Federal Realty and Greystar will also be present to answer any questions about the project. Information packets and applications will be available at the information session. The deadline for complete applications will be Monday, November 13th 2017 at 2 PM. Applications can be submitted to SEB by mail, email and fax. They can also be placed in a drop box located on the first floor of the Annex.
