Join us on Saturday, November 11, 2017 for a celebration in honor of the 175th Anniversary of Somerville’s separation from Charlestown. Tickets will be available in October, and will be limited. WHEN: Saturday, November 11, 2017, 7 – 9 p.m.
WHERE: Tufts University Aidekman Arts Center, Talbot Ave.
WHAT: A black tie optional celebration of the City of Somerville’s 175th “Birthday.” The formal (optional) event will include live music by local artists and Tufts University students, food and beverages from Somerville establishments, and sneak peaks at stories and photos we have gathered from community members over the last year of your fondest Somerville memories. Note on attire: This is black tie optional, and business casual minimum. Come as you prefer, but why not use it as an opportunity to get a little fancier and celebrate?
How Can I Get Tickets?
Tickets are available now via Eventbrite! We will sell approximately 250 tickets, available on a first come, first served basis. Tickets are $20 per person and include free passed appetizers, and samples of Aeronaut Brewing Company’s limited edition brew, “Municipal Freedom Gives National Strength,” in honor of the 175th Anniversary.
