If you would like to schedule an appointment, email us at planning@somervilllema.gov and include your name, the times that work for you, and a short summary of your questions (so we can assign you the right person).

Thursday, December 7, 10 am to 7:30 pm
Monday, December 11, 10 am to 4 pm

SomerVision, the comprehensive plan, calls for zoning reform. OSPCD has been working on an overhaul for over 4 years with multiple points of public review including working with the Board of Aldermen. At this time, we are teaching people about how to use the code, gathering feedback, and working towards submitting the document for adoption.

You can review and learn more about the proposed new code at www.somervillezoning.com.
