It's time to work to transition this group from a pure working group into a functioning Council, Membership, and Board! We've got some housekeeping to do regarding communications methods, website updates, email newsletter maintenance etc. so this meeting will likely involve a lot of discussion of procedural chores like the above, as well as other things that are necessary to make sure the USNC gets moving efficiently in the right direction.
