April 15, Tax Day. For many, especially creative types, it is a date that is often filled with dread. How should I file? What can I deduct?  Help is on the way--The Somerville Arts Council, in collaboration with Huntington Tax Partners, answers some of your most pressing questions. We will explore the basics of what is considered income, what can be deducted (and common deductions for business owners), record-keeping requirements, how to incorporate your business, and more. The goal is to provide a basic understanding of these concepts and have enough knowledge to successfully run a business. Join us for an “artful” approach to filing taxes.
