Motivation and Metal Health Talk!

Join us on April 19th at 5:15pm to 6:00pm for a LBT motivation and metal health talk and open discussion.

Topics will include:
• Finding the motivation to persist in tasks
• Overcoming obstacles and changing habits
• Links between exercise, mental health and motivation

A light dinner will be served
Location: 167 Holland St., Somerville Council on Aging
Join us afterwards at 6:00 pm for the LBT Fit-4-Life Exercise Class
