The Mayor’s Office of Strategic Planning & Community Development (OSPCD) will hold a public meeting on the City’s proposed 2018-2022 HUD Consolidated Five Year Plan for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program, the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) program, and the HOME program. The purpose of the meeting is to present an overview of the 2018-2022 HUD Consolidated Five Year Plan draft and to receive community feedback and input.
 
Written comments must be submitted by June 18, 2018 @ 4:30 pm and should be sent to the Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development (OSPCD), 93 Highland Ave. Somerville, MA 02143 Attn: Elizabeth Twomey or email [email protected].
 
Individuals with disabilities who need auxiliary aids and services for effective communication, written materials in alternative formats, or reasonable modifications in policies and procedures, in order to access the programs and activities of the City of Somerville or to attend meetings, should contact the City’s ADA Coordinator, Nency Salamoun, or 617-625-6600 ext. 2323 via email to [email protected]
