Rx Strength Training will once again be holding our Memorial Day BBQ and workout a day early, on Sunday, May 27!
 
Start mustering that pull-up strength and get out the body armor if you have it - you’ll have MURPH* and several other great Hero WODs* to choose from to earn your meat!
  • Open to All! (ie. members, non-members, friends, family, dogs, kids, etc.)
  • Potluck Party
  • BYOB
  • Workouts are optional*
Looking forward to seeing everyone again, let’s make it an even bigger turnout than last year!
 
BBQ BOGO (Bring One, Get One):
  • New Athletes: Sign up for an unlimited membership during the event and receive $25 OFF your first month!
  • Existing Athletes: For each friend/referral who signs up for a membership at the party, you'll also get 1-$25 OFF your next month's unlimited membership or 2-FREE UPGRADE to unlimited from open-gym-only!
