Rx Strength Training will once again be holding our Memorial Day BBQ and workout a day early, on Sunday, May 27!

Start mustering that pull-up strength and get out the body armor if you have it - you’ll have MURPH* and several other great Hero WODs* to choose from to earn your meat!

Open to All! (ie. members, non-members, friends, family, dogs, kids, etc.)
