Join the Somerville Historic Preservation Commission and the Somerville Bicycle Advisory Committee on Sunday, June 17, for the annual Historic Bike Ride. The 2018 theme is “Exploring Somerville: New Faces of Enduring Places.” The tour will begin from Somerville City Hall, 93 Highland Ave., at 2 p.m., and conclude at 4:45 p.m. at Bow Market in Union Square for complimentary refreshments. Advance reservations are appreciated, by emailing Brandon Wilson at BWilson@somervillema.gov, or calling 617-625-6600, x. 2532. The ride is escorted by Somerville Police officers, and is designed for all ages and riding levels. A $3 donation is appreciated, but not required. Please remember to wear your helmet!
