Neighborhood Tree Meeting for Proposed Renovations at the Somerville Growing Center

You’re invited to the Growing Center Tree Meeting at the Growing Center at 22 Vinal Ave, on Tuesday, August 14th, 6-7:30 with a rain time of Saturday, August 18th at 1:30pm. 

The evening will include:

• Sharing overall renovation concept and guiding principles and a brief overview of the process, including the impact of renovation on the trees on the site
• Plans for tree or shrub removals as part of renovation and recommendations for replacements or existing trees enhanced by thinning;
• Tour of trees impacted 
• Q&A
