Alloy Assembly Row Lottery

Mayor Joseph A. Curtatone and Street Realty Inc. are pleased to announce 15 income-restricted homeownership units located at Alloy, Assembly Row 275 Foley Street, Somerville.

 

Units will be ready for occupancy upon purchase. Applications and an information packet will be available at the end of the first information session at www.somervillema.gov/departments/programs/inclusionary-housing-program
