LOCATION

The joint public hearing scheduled by the Planning Board and the Board of Aldermen Land Use Committee on Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. in the Aldermanic Chambers, 93 Highland Avenue at Somerville City Hall has been CANCELED. The purpose of the meeting was to consider the following:

  • A proposed amendment to the Somerville Zoning Ordinance, submitted by 18 registered voters, to add a new Section 17.8, regarding open space requirements for mid-rise and high-rise buildings.
  • A proposed amendment to the Somerville Zoning Ordinance regarding Useable Open Space.

Please note that while the Planning Board Hearing portion of the meeting has been canceled, the Land Use Committee will still meet at this time.
