LOCATION

Given the quickly evolving COVID-19 situation and the need to take every precaution possible to protect community health, the following buildings and programs will be closed Thursday through Sunday:

  • Somerville Public Schools and offices, including SCALE
  • All Somerville Public Library branches
  • All Department of Parks and Recreation activities
  • All activities held in Somerville Public School buildings
  • The Somerville Boxing Club

Join representatives of the City Council, School Committee, Somerville High School Building Committee, and Infrastructure and Asset Management Department on Monday, March 16, for a community meeting to discuss construction progress and remaining work to be done on the Somerville High School Building project. The meeting will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. in the Somerville High School cafeteria, 81 Highland Ave. Light refreshments will be served.

This meeting is primarily intended for neighbors who live and work near the high school construction site. The presentation will focus on logistics plans and anticipated impacts of construction over the next several months.
