LOCATION

In past Decembers, children who attended the City of Somerville’s holiday festivities were offered a small gift to celebrate the season. This December, while our traditional gatherings have taken new forms in the pandemic, a dedicated gaggle of elves has persevered to provide this year’s treats in a COVID-safe fashion.

Holiday gift bags will be available for grab-and-go outdoor pickup on Monday, December 28, and Tuesday, December 29, at the following locations while supplies last:

Monday, December 28, 9 to 10 a.m.

  • East Somerville Community School, across the street from 64 Glen Street, back door
  • Winter Hill Community School, across the street from 112 Sycamore Street, back of playground

Monday, December 28, 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.

  • The Healey School, 5 Meacham Street, front door near playground
  • West Somerville Neighborhood School, across the street from 15 Raymond Avenue, behind the school

Tuesday, December 29, 9 to 10 a.m.
