LOCATION
As part of its Latino Leadership Development Programs, the Somerville Office of Immigrant Affairs (SOIA) has partnered with Centro Cooperativo de Desarrollo y Solidaridad (CCDS) a non-profit organization that promotes cooperativism and solidarity economies while supporting the development of worker-owned cooperatives, primarily in the East Boston immigrant community.
Members of the community who are interested in cooperativism, worker cooperatives, and the process of exploration and accompaniment for groups interested in creating worker cooperatives are invited to attend a Learning Circle. The Learning Circle Session will be held on the Zoom platform on July 2, from 6-8 p.m.
