Part #1 (6:00): In the first part of this meeting, the Development Team will present a proposal for the construction of a commercial building that includes office, research and development, and lab enabled uses on the Development Site, located at 74 Middlesex Avenue and 845 McGrath Highway in the Assembly Row neighborhood of Somerville
Part #2 (6:45): In the second part of the meeting, the Development Team will present a proposal for the construction of a new civic space associated with the 74 Middlesex Project
