Mayor Joseph A. Curtatone and 14 Ward Street, LLC are pleased to announce four (4) income-restricted apartments for rent at 14 Ward Street., Somerville available through the City of Somerville Inclusionary Housing Program. There is one 1-bedroom, two 2-bedrooms and a 3-bedroom apartment available for rent to income-eligible households at below-market rent through an application, lottery and income certification process.

Complete applications  must be submitted to the Housing Division by the deadline through one of the following methods:
