LOCATION
Walk-ins are welcome. The clinic is free, and open to all people 12 years or older, regardless of immigration status or health insurance. Identification is not required. Pre-registration is highly encouraged to ensure a faster process. Pre-register here:
Pfizer will be available for all persons 12-17 years old. All minors must have parent/guardian permission. Permission forms are available here. All minors 12-15 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
