Please join Paradigm Properties/Paradigm Direct Roland LLC for the 1st Neighborhood Meeting under SZO Section 15.1.3.

Purpose: To meet the developer and introduce conceptual designs for a commercial building development project at 10 Washington Street, Somerville (Current site of the parking lot at the intersection of Washington Street and Innerbelt Road).

Please join us to learn more about this project and share your feedback prior to the development of a more detailed design proposal. Representatives from the design team will be available to answer questions.

Everyone is welcome to attend. Community participation and feedback is welcomed as we work toward the redevelopment of the site. If you’re unable to join us but have questions or concerns, please e-mail info@paradigmprop.com
