Regarding a proposed mixed-use development with 27 one- and two-bedroom units and a ground-floor retail space at 2-4 Alpine Street (between Cedar Street and the Community Path). Sponsored by Ward 5 City Councilor Mark Niedergang.

Elan Sassoon, Developer, 2-4 Alpine Street LLC, with their Attorney, Richard G. Di Girolamo, and Balance Architects, will present the plans, listen to comments and concerns, and answer questions.
