This is the 2nd neighborhood meeting regarding proposed changes to the mixed-use, 5-unit buildings and storefronts, such as additional living space at 13-15-15a Elm St. & 2-4-6 Porter St. (corner buildings Elm & Porter Sts, former Aguacate Verde restaurant).
This meeting is sponsored by Ward 5 City Councilor Mark Niedergang.
The developer/owner, Dr. Mouhab Rizkallah, will present the plans, answer questions, & respond to concerns.
