Pursuant to Somerville Zoning Ordinance, Section 15.1.3 and Section 15.3.2.d.(i)(b), the owner of 620 Broadway, The 620 Broadway LLC (the Applicant), will present its Site Plan to redevelop the property with a 1-story building. The Zoning Board of Appeals granted a height variance in this regard on December 5, 2021. The purpose of this Neighborhood Meeting is to present and discuss the proposed Site Plan in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance, as noted.
After questions, comments and discussion regarding the one-story building for 620 Broadway, LLC, Botanica LLC will follow with their own presentation to establish an adult retail cannabis dispensary within one of the three retail units of its landlord (the 620 Broadway LLC). Botanica LLC has filed its application with the Licensing Commission and their hearing is scheduled for March 21, 2022.
