Please join the owners and applicants of 21-23 Francesca Avenue, the City of Somerville, and Ward Councilor Lance Davis for a virtual neighborhood meeting.

In this meeting, the owners/applicants and their development team will present a plan to convert a carriage house into one backyard cottage unit, and to convert the existing two-family house into a single unit at 21- 23 Francesca Avenue. There will be an opportunity to discuss issues and potential impacts. The development team will use this feedback for seeking zoning approval of the project.
