Please join Councilor JT Scott, The DeNunzio Group on behalf of the owners of 35 Realty Trust and the City of Somerville for a Neighborhood Meeting under SZO Section 15.1.3 to meet with the developer and discuss the plan for the approximately 135,000 sf lab development at 35 McGrath Highway and to discuss issues and potential impacts.
