Notice is hereby given that Nuestra, LLC dba Boston Garden will hold a Virtual Community Outreach Meeting on January 19, 2023 at 5:30 PM to discuss the proposed siting of an Adult Use Marijuana Retailer to be located at 518 Somerville Ave in Somerville.
This Virtual Community Outreach Meeting will be held in accordance with the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission’s Administrative Order Allowing Virtual Web-Based Community Outreach Meetings and the applicable requirements set forth in M.G.L. ch. 94G and 935 CMR 500.000 et seq. A copy of the meeting presentation will be made available at least 24 hours prior to the meeting by emailing rebecca@vicentesederberg.com
Interested members of the community will have the opportunity to ask questions and receive answers from company representatives about the proposed facility and operations. Questions can be submitted in advance by emailing rebecca@vicentesederberg.com or asked during the meeting.
