The City of Somerville’s OSPCD – Housing Division is now sharing information about their upcoming Consolidated Rental Waitlist. Households will be able join the waitlist for all new Inclusionary (income-restricted) rentals and some recently vacant Inclusionary rentals by submitting a single application!
Information sessions will include details on the application process, a new system of priorities and preferences, waitlist maintenance, and the plan for waitlist rollout.
Where: East Somerville Community School Auditorium, 50 Cross Street
Presentation in English with interpretation in Spanish, Portuguese, and Haitian Creole
