Notice is hereby given that a virtual hearing will be conducted by Nicholas Tan from NT Development and City Councilor, Ben Ewen-Campen, at 6:30 p.m. August 30, 2023, with respect to the proposed renovation of a current 3-story building into a zoning-compliant 4-story apartment building at 382 McGrath Hwy, Somerville, MA 02145, as well as its progress towards obtaining Site Plan Approval and Special Permit (Residential Use).
