A virtual neighborhood meeting will be held regarding the proposed redevelopment of 45 Broadway by the proponent, Highland Development, Inc. The proposed redevelopment is for a 6-story residential building with ground floor retail use and one level of below grade parking that will be seeking site plan approval and a special permit for residential use from the Planning Board.
This meeting has been coordinated with Somerville Ward 1 City Councilor Matthew McLaughlin and the City of Somerville’s Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development (OSPCD).
