LOCATION

Each year the City of Somerville receives federal funds for housing and community development activities through the CDBG, HOME, and ESG grant programs. To receive these funds, the City must prepare a Consolidated Plan every five years, gathering information from many sources to identify Somerville’s needs that can be addressed with this funding. Annual Action Plans identify how funds will be spent each year according to the goals and strategies established in the Consolidated Plan.

Give your input on plans to spend approximately $3.2M per year to benefit low- and moderate-income persons.
