The City will hold a lottery for the income restricted homeownership unit at 7-11 Aldersey St.
Only those who submitted complete applications and were found eligible prior to the application deadline at 12 PM on March 1st, 2024 will be included in the lottery selection process.
Applications for this homeownership opportunity can be found on the Inclusionary Housing Program page as well as at Somerville City Hall, City Hall Annex, and Somerville Public Library branches.
