Journey through personal stories and local history to learn how the once-dubbed "Slummerville" has transformed into a trendy, gentrified city. Led by a local guide, you’ll witness the resilience of Somerville's spirit amidst demographic shifts and changing trends.

Throughout the month of May, the Somerville Museum partners with the City of Somerville and members of the community to host events honoring Somerville’s history. All events are open to the public, ADA accessible, and free.

The Somerville Payment in Lieu of Taxes (PILOT) task force will hold a public meeting at City Hall, Assessor’s Office, 93 Highland Ave.

Somerville Licensing Commission Meeting

This meeting will take place both in the City Council Chamber at City Hall and remotely.
