LOCATION

Each year, Somerville celebrates our urban forest with a special Arbor Day event. This year, Somerville Arbor Day will be celebrated on Saturday, June 22nd, 2024, from 10:00 am – 12:00 p.m. at the Conway Park Playground (550 Somerville Avenue, Somerville, MA).

Hard-working urban trees play an essential role in our city – cleaning our air and making it cooler, providing habitat for wildlife, lowering our stress levels, increasing property values, and much more. Come join us to learn more about our urban forest, welcome newly planted trees to the park, do some fun kid-friendly activities, and take home some FREE pollinator-friendly seedlings.
