There will be  neighborhood meeting regarding a proposed mixed use building at 33 Mystic Ave. 

Site Plan Approval and Special Permits are being sought by Developers, Stellamoon LLC. This meeting is being held as required by Somerville’s zoning ordinance. Along with Architect Paul Miller from Neighbor Architects, developers will present plans and answer any questions.
