On behalf of Greystar Development East, LLC (the “Proponent”), this notice is to inform you of the filing of the Draft Environmental Impact Report (“DEIR”) for 20-23 Cummings Street (the “Project”) located in the Assembly Square neighborhood of Somerville, Massachusetts.
