In this meeting, the Applicant and its development team will present a plan to demolish the existing structures and to build a new, three-story mixed-use structure at 3 Craigie Street/675 Somerville Avenue in Somerville. There will be an opportunity to discuss issues and potential impacts. The development team will use this feedback for seeking zoning approval of the project.
