There will be a neighborhood meeting regarding a proposed mixed-use building at 199 ELM STREET Somerville, Massachusetts

Along with Architect, Paul Miller - Neighbor Architects - Developers from 199 Elm St. LLC will present updated plans and be available for questions regarding a proposed 4-Story building with Ground Floor Commercial Space & 10 Residential Units Above (Including 2 Affordable Units)

This is the 2ND Neighborhood Meeting of the Site Plan Approval process, which is required by the SZO.
