HHS/LGBTQ+ Services will be hosting these drop-in Name Change Clinics in collaboration with Massachusetts Transgender Political Coalition, City of Cambridge LGBTQ+ Commission, and the Cambridge Public Library. 

MTPC will bring printed blank required forms, printed example forms, writing utensils, envelopes, iPad/laptop to complete MTPC's financial assistance application, volunteer notaries, volunteer legal assistance, and a portable printer.

UPDATE: This clinic will take place VIRTUALLY on Sunday, 3/2 from 1:30-3:30. To attend, please use the Zoom link below:
