The Division of Planning, Preservation, and Zoning is pleased to release the Central Broadway Corridor Zoning Study -- please join City staff for a presentation of the study and a Q&A session. This document -- which can be found below -- is the result of research, analysis, and public engagement with stakeholders from both communities, presenting a vision of increased density and transit-oriented development to guide planning decisions.
There will be light refreshments and snacks.
This meeting will be hybrid -- if you would like to participate virtually, please join via this Zoom link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/81459907399
If you have any questions, please reach out to Stephen Cary at scary@somervillema.gov. We look forward to seeing you there.
