Somerville Positive Forces Youth Leaders, Somerville Cares About Prevention, and Prevention Services invite you to our 21st Annual Celebration and Awards. Join us to celebrate youth leadership and the power of community partnerships, which together support youth health and wellbeing of young people in Somerville.
