A virtual neighborhood meeting will be held regarding the proposed Redevelopment of 1 Washington Street by the applicant, 1 Washington Street LLC represented by Joe the Architect, LLC. The proposed redevelopment is for a 4-story residential building with 10-units that will be seeking site plan approval and a special permit for residential use from the Planning Board.

This meeting has been coordinated with Somerville Ward 1 City Councilor Matthew McLaughlin and the City of Somerville’s Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development (OSPCD).

As set forth in the Somerville Zoning Code Section 15.1.3, the purpose of the first Neighborhood Meeting is “to provide the public with an opportunity to review a conceptual design proposal and identify and discuss issues and potential impacts with the Applicant prior to the Development of more detailed schematic design proposals.”
