This session will feature the Somerville 311 Constituent Services Center! The 311 team will share valuable information about how to contact 311, what services are available,how to contact 311 and how they can help connect residents to the right City departments. Our goal is to help residents better understand how to navigate City services and feel more confident reaching out for support when needed.
