About the Event
Event |
Marathon Workshops is a series of event sessions and presentations designed to help the Haitian community gain a better understanding of Temporary Protected Status (TPS), Asylum, and Financial Literacy. These workshops aim to provide accurate information, practical guidance, and direct access to resources to empower participants in navigating immigration processes and making informed financial decisions. Marathon Workshops support the Haitian community by providing education and resources on important topics such as immigration, finance, health, and more—promoting stability, self-sufficiency, and community empowerment.
Marathon Workshops will be offered both in-person and virtually, targeting the Haitian community wherever they are located throughout the city of Somerville, MA. This hybrid approach ensures greater accessibility and participation, allowing community members to engage with vital information and resources in the format that works best for them.
