In this neighborhood meeting, the development team will present plans regarding the permit application for the proposed modifications to 1 Myrtle Street, Somerville, MA.

At the meeting there will be an opportunity to discuss the application and the proposed design. The development team will use this feedback during the planning process and attach it with the application for a permit.

The modifications include removing an 8’ x 7’ rear entry deck and steps and replacing it with a 6’10 x 6’5 glass vestibule. The vestibule will connect to the rear of the house at the existing entrance. A new 4’ x 3’ landing with steps to grade will be added to the exit of the vestibule.

For questions, please contact: Somerville Ward 1 City Councilor Matt McLaughlin at 617-999-0924, or mattforward1@gmail.com
