Notice is hereby given that the Petitioner will be holding a second Public Neighborhood Meeting as required by the Somerville Planning, Preservation, and Zoning Division related to 32 Webster Ave on September 15th.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION and LOCATION:
The project proposal will include 29 brand new condominium units in Union Square to serve Somerville’s diverse and growing community. The meeting is presented by the project team, sharing existing site context, conditions and the redevelopment plans. The meeting also provides time for the community to ask questions and learn more about the project and development process.
The 32 Webster Ave project is located at 32 Webster Ave in Union Square.
