The Division of Planning, Preservation, and Zoning is pleased to release the Central Broadway Corridor Zoning Study -- please join City staff for a presentation of the study and a Q&A session. This document -- which can be found below -- is the result of research, analysis, and public engagement with stakeholders from both communities, presenting a vision of increased density and transit-oriented development to guide planning decisions.
