Please join the owners and applicants of 307-309 Highland Avenue, the City of Somerville, and Ward 6 Councilor Lance Davis for a virtual neighborhood meeting.

In this meeting, the owners/applicants and their development team will present a plan to split the lot in order to build new residential structures on the open spaces at 307-309 Highland Avenue, while retaining the two existing residential buildings. There will be an opportunity to discuss issues and potential impacts. The development team will use this feedback for seeking zoning approval of the project.
